Most men after a breakup end doing the same thing,  calling their ex girlfriend almost every day and even several times a day.   If their call is not answered or returned,  they try with text messages or e-mails.  This is know as "message terrorism" and if the purpose of all these actions is to get their ex wife or girlfriend back,  99% of them will not have luck.  In fact, this behavior probably makes girls become more distant,  in a defensive attitude.

What should you do to make your ex girlfriend call you back ?   First of all,  you should stop all sort of communication with her. This may seem strange, but it is an essential step if you want to get her back.  During this period,  you should focus on improving your personal life rather than spend all the time thinking on your broken relationship.  

In addition,  you should not make your ex jealous.   You want to show her that you are doing well,  but if she sees you with somebody else,  she will think you have moved on,  and maybe she will do the same.
